Creating Offline files

If you have laptop and usually run with it around the country and the world you should not lose information from the company server. It is quite important because the negatives are two – first when loading the computer the shortcuts will load too slow and will reduce the productivity of your computer and also you will miss a lot of data. This can be solved by creating offline copies of the files on your computer. Here is a short procedure how to make network files available online:
1. Click on the network file (folder) Make Available Offline
2. The system will start synchronizing
3. You can get shortcut from the file (folder) on your desktop.
When working over this file offline the file will synchronize when getting online. Your should be careful because some information can be changed from other users while you are online and the system will synchronize with your data, in spite that it is not the latest.
